GSTR-1 (outward supplies). Monthly: 11th of the next month. Quarterly: 13th after the quarter. Every date below names its official source. Last checked 26 October 2026.
This page shows each date as notified. It does not move a date that falls on a Sunday or holiday; an extension counts only when CBIC, GSTN or CBDT announces it. Last checked 26 October 2026.
Section 37(1) of the CGST Act 2017 sets the 10th of the following month for GSTR-1, the statement of outward supplies. Its second proviso lets the Government extend that date by notification.
Notification No. 83/2020-Central Tax of 10 November 2020, in force from 1 January 2021, moved the date to the 11th of the following month for monthly filers and to the 13th of the month after the quarter for quarterly (QRMP) filers. Those are the dates below.
Quarterly filers can still upload B2B invoices for the first two months of a quarter through IFF; see the IFF dates.
Rebota's GST module builds GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from the invoices you raise, reconciles purchases with GSTR-2B and keeps an input tax credit ledger. Its TDS module records deductions, challans and lower-deduction certificates and groups the deductions by quarterly return.
