What is eGig?
eGig (egig.in) is a jobs and freelance platform for India, and Rebota's sister platform. Employers post jobs free and every job shows its pay. Freelancers keep what they earn, because eGig takes no commission on freelance work.
Is it free to post a job on eGig?
Yes. Writing and posting a job is free. eGig reviews jobs and checks employers before a job goes live, and it does not allow jobs that charge applicants a fee.
Do I need a separate eGig account?
Yes. eGig has its own free account; your Rebota sign-in does not carry over. You can write the job first and create the account when you submit it.
Can I post a job from inside Rebota?
Yes. Open Recruitment in Rebota and use "Post a job free on eGig". It opens eGig's job form in a new tab.
How do I pay the people I hire?
In Rebota: attendance and wages, salary structures, PF, ESI and professional tax, gratuity, bonus, full and final settlement, and salary slips. After the 15-day trial, keep using Rebota free: 1 user, 30 GST invoices a month, stock, suppliers and cash. Upgrade only when you need more.
