TDS and TCS deposit. 7th of the next month; quarterly where the AO permits. Every date below names its official source. Last checked 26 October 2026.
This page shows each date as notified. It does not move a date that falls on a Sunday or holiday; an extension counts only when CBIC, GSTN or CBDT announces it. Last checked 26 October 2026.
The CBDT tax calendar lists the 7th of the following month for depositing tax deducted or collected in each month of FY 2026-27. An office of the Government that pays without a challan pays on the same day.
Where the Assessing Officer has permitted quarterly deposit under section 392(1) or 393(1) of the Income-tax Act 2025 (Table Sl. Nos. (1)(i) and (ii), and 5(ii) and (iii)), the calendar lists 7 July, 7 October and 7 January.
The calendar for FY 2026-27 does not list the deposit for March 2027, which falls in April 2027. For March 2026 it listed 7 April 2026 for Government offices and 30 April 2026 for everyone else, under the Income-tax Act 1961.
The CBDT calendar names the Income-tax Act 2025 and the Income-tax Rules 2026 for TDS and TCS from April 2026 (new form numbers such as 138, 140 and 141), and the Income-tax Act 1961 for returns and audit reports of assessment year 2026-27.
Rebota's GST module builds GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from the invoices you raise, reconciles purchases with GSTR-2B and keeps an input tax credit ledger. Its TDS module records deductions, challans and lower-deduction certificates and groups the deductions by quarterly return.
