The same discipline that applies to Tally applies here: treat Busy as the statutory and general financial ledger, and the construction-specific system as the operational ledger that feeds it — not the other way around. Trying to approximate BOQ tracking through custom item groups or narrations in Busy's inventory module technically works but requires ongoing manual effort and lacks field-friendly mobile capture.
